Gender Inequality and Well-Being of Healthcare Workers in Diabetology: A Pilot Study

Several factors affect the relationship between a diabetic patient and healthcare worker. Among these, there is well-being of workers how they perceive their work environment, especially in context presence or absence gender inequality. To show importance these aspects, selected sample who were exposed daily to people (mainly patients) within working environment interviewed. The different opinions interviewees that an where negatively affected personal minimized, able fully express potential. They expressed great satisfaction with involving contact patients, while achieving type patient–healthcare worker model desired for better management patients’ care.
